I arrived here on the Central Coast four years ago from Italy as an au pair. I soon met my wife, Kristene, who is my best friend and partner in crime. I am the stepdad of her children, Kai and Alana.
When I moved here, I immediately felt part of the community. The landscaping of the Central Coast reminds me of Marche, my region in Italy. Monte Urano is my hometown, and I believe it is the best location in the world. There, from the same spot, you can admire the Adriatic Sea on one side and the snowy mountains on the other side. For this reason, location is a very, very important standard to me. Location is important in real estate as well. There is nothing that can give you more satisfaction than guiding people on the journey to find the place where they are going to build memories. In fact, one of my biggest life achievements has been taking my real estate license in a different language and closing a deal after a couple months of working in the business.
I attribute my interest in real estate, and my biggest course of inspiration, to my dad. When I was nine years old, he decided to sell his successful shoe factory and become a real estate investor to allow him to spend more time with us. His success in real estate was what helped me choose the path I wanted to take. His advice always made me feel safe.
When I am not working, I love adventuring in the area with Kristene and the kids. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, hanging out with friends, snowboarding, and of course, eating good food and cooking Italian dishes. Someday I would like to own an Italian deli.
