Kathe Hustace

I graduated from UCSB in 1971 and spent 1973 to 1975 as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines. I received my real estate license in 1976 and moved to San Luis Obispo North County to begin my career.  I received my broker’s license in 1984 and I specialize in residential, homes on acreage, first time buyers, singles and retirees.

I was an award winning Realtor and Top Producer with Century 21 in Paso Robles for many years, returning to Atascadero in 2003.

I feel it is important to be part of the community and I am active in ALPs (Atascadero Land Preservation Society) and follow my love for trails and equines through membership and service with Atascadero Horsemen’s Club and HEET, the Horse Emergency Evacuation Team, where I am the North County Coordinator and First Responder to any equine or large animal related incident.
