Billie Jean Chadwick

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ, and as far back as I can remember, I always enjoyed outdoor activities. My family would camp and fish in the mountains of Arizona. I joined the Explore Scouts high adventure post, and we backpacked, rock climbed, explored caves, canoed, and embarked on many adventures.

I met my husband, Bob, in Arizona, and we moved to Lompoc in 1983 and settled here. We have been married 39 years and have two children, Andy and Tamera, who are both married now. I have three wonderful grandchildren, and I still like to find time for outdoor “adventures” with my family.

In addition to my family, my proudest achievement is my 25-year successful real estate career. I have won many awards including the Centurion award for Century 21 for several years and Realtor of the Year for the Lompoc Valley Board. Real estate is my most interesting job to date because each client has a different story and need. I want to have a positive impact on other people’s lives.

I have many hobbies when I am away from work. I enjoy outdoor photography, gardening, canning and pickling vegetables, cooking, creating creating new recipes, and going for walks. I also like driving my sports car, attending car shows, taking cruises, and listening to live music. Some of the most exciting adventures include whitewater rafting, exploring a cave for six hours, soaring in a hot air balloon, and swimming with sharks. I would love to travel the world and visit the Mediterranean region.
