Broker Associate, Arroyo Grande
I am a “California Girl” through and through! I have lived in many areas of Cali but the Central Coast has my heart! We moved to the 5 Cities area in 2011 and find it hard to leave to vacation any place else. As a Broker Associate, I have sold many homes and helped clients find their new homes. The search for that special home repeatedly reminds me of my personal experience when we were looking for a home 7+ years ago. I love the hunt with all the possibilities.
Real Estate makes sense to me and is a natural fit. As a Realtor I have a high standard and expectation of myself as I serve my clients which is reflected in the Awards and Designations I have achieved. My clients have an opportunity to score me on my service. I have achieved the highest ratings which has earned me the Presidents & Centurion Award showing my dedication to selling high volume of homes and keeping the Quality Service score 90% and higher. As they say in the South, “the proof is in the pudding”.
It is an honor to serve my clients with integrity and commitment. Understanding clients needs, wants and communicating well with them and seeing the process through to completion is very rewarding. Being trusted with what is often the largest investment many will make is an honor and I take it serious. Calling clients my Friends at the end of the Escrow is a true blessing!
I LOVE REMODELING! I love the process, the possibilities and enjoying the outcome. With this passion, it is fun to help clients dream about possibilities of homes we tour.
My hubby Brad and I have been married for 32 years. We have 2 adult children: Ty, who is married to Stacey and live in Murphys. Ty is in Real Estate and Stacey is in Mortgage lending. Our daughter Paige works in the corporate office for a local moving company and her fiancé Matthew is a Realtor and is a great asset on Wieland Team! My kids think the favorite child is my Jack Russell Riley. I will leave that question unanswered 🙂
Realtor Associate, Arroyo Grande
Born and Raised in Paso Robles, I have seen the enormous change and growth here on the Central Coast. After spending several years in Los Angeles, I decided to move back because there is nothing quite like living here in this beautiful section of California. Before my career as a REALTOR, I spent 7 years in Sales for medical supplies, my territory covered the entire San Luis Obispo county and even Santa Barbara County, It helped me familiarize myself with all the areas and build strong ties with the community. As your REALTOR, I promise to work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I get that work ethic from my father, the hardest-working person I know. Even at 66 years old, he’s worked for the company he has been with for 30 years and continues even after he gets home. I strive everyday to be like him and consider him my hero.
Upon my return to the Central Coast, I met my fiance Paige and now we are getting married on September 22, 2018. I have two daughters, Anika (11) and Harper (5). We enjoy relaxing with them and hope to one day spend a week in Europe. I am a diehard fan of the L.A. Kings and Dodgers. When my dad took my brother and I to our first Dodgers game, I was hooked! Aside from a love of hockey, I also enjoy motorcycles, softball, drumming, collecting vinyl records, and golfing. I would like to try skydiving some day and rebuild vintage road bikes.
