Tim Riley was born and raised on a family farm in Northern California where a strong work ethic was ingrained in him. His introduction to real estate came when he purchased a home while still attending his second year of college. He continued to study real estate and decided to dedicate a year to real estate after graduating Cal-Poly. In 1999, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Marketing. Tim’s lovely wife Mary Ann is also his business partner and mother to their adorable boys Tyler and Bryce.

It’s easy to understand why people like working with Tim. His manner is self-assured yet innately humble, with no trace of arrogance or self-importance. He answers questions directly and has a natural way of putting you at ease. His own experiences as a real estate investor has given Tim a strong foundation of knowledge and understanding on how best to help his customers achieve their own real estate objectives. He stays up to date on industry trends and changes through continued education. His clients gain valuable insight from Tim’s experiences.

Tim is very familiar with the entire Central Coast, and understands what to expect throughout all types of real estate transactions. He never stops learning, and this allows him to offer his clients valuable insight, whether they are buying or selling a primary residence, or looking to expand into the investment market. Specializing in the county of San Luis Obispo, Tim works with a balanced clientele of buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.

Some of Tim’s past accomplishments include: Several Single Family Home, Duplex, and Condo remodel projects throughout the county, lead principle and project manager of two separate condominium developments in San Luis Obispo. Bella Vista, completed in 2008 valued at $4,000,000 and Villa San Luis, completed in 2010 valued at over $6,000,000. Tim is the current sales manager of a new 62 home subdivision within SLO County. Tim clearly enjoys new challenges and his vast “hands on experience” often saves his clients money, time, and stress.
