Tim Riley was born and raised on a family farm in Northern California, where a strong work ethic was ingrained in him. His introduction to real estate came when he purchased a home while still attending his second year of college. In 1999, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, from Cal-Poly, majoring in Agriculture Business with a concentration in Marketing. Tim is married to his lovely and supportive wife Mary Ann, who is mother to their wonderful boys, Tyler and Bryce. When not in the office, you’ll likely see Tim coaching youth sports, at church or spending time with the family outdoors; whether surfing, mountain biking, boating or taking advantage of SLO County’s amazing year round weather.
It’s easy to understand why people like working with Tim. His manner is self-assured yet innately humble, with no trace of arrogance or self-importance. He stays up to date on industry trends and changes through continued education, earning him the additional real estate designations of CRS, ABR, SRES and GRI. In 2008 Tim earned his real estate Broker’s License. Tim’s clients gain valuable insight from his experiences.
