Rhonda Garland-Mendoza

I grew up in a large family with seven siblings, and our parents taught us old-fashioned manners, faith in God, and respect for all people.  A great childhood with loving parents makes for successful and happy futures–which I am very proud of. We enjoyed warm traditions that we all carried over to our own families.  I enjoy nurturing our family and giving back to those in need through supporting causes that make this world a better place to live.

My husband and I have lived on the Central Coast for over 25 years.  We are surrounded by beautiful hills, outstanding beaches, amazing year-round weather, and close-knit, caring communities.  We take time to enjoy all that is offered in this area and stay busy exploring activities such as long walks, camping, concerts, wine tasting, county fairs, etc. My hobbies include gardening and home design, but my passion is spending time with family and friends. I would love to spend a week in Europe to see more of the world and different cultures.

I have been a real estate licensee for 11 years and active with Century 21 Hometown for over four years. My professional accomplishments have helped me achieve success in the business world. No matter the job, it is always about the people. I love the dynamics of working with others to achieve the best results for all involved.

My faith in God is everything to me and sustains me through thick and thin. The motto I follow is “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
