Pamela Stevens

I have been in Real Estate since 1992 and a Certified Residential Specialist since 1995.
Prior to Real Estate I was in the Accounting profession specializing in Taxation. The
knowledge and experience gained there is extremely valuable in pricing homes as well as
counseling Buyers and Sellers. I enjoy seeing challenging situations through to successful
conclusions. Consequently I am good at short sales and assisting families through the
hurdles of liquidating family trusts. A “no-pressure” Buyers agent, I believe in educating
my clients on the market, so they know a good value when we find it. My client’s needs
always come first and I try to go that extra mile.

After all these years my favorite part of Real Estate is still the people I meet.
