Michela Schwartz

I grew up on a off grid olive farm in the south of Italy, my family produced and sold olive oil. In 1996 met my husband while on a life long  “dream trip” in United States. We dated distance and a year later, moved to Irvine, got married and had my son, now a 25 years old sound Engineer living in Hawaii.

My career in real estate started in 2005 as a residential Appraiser, but the market crash of 2007/2008 led me to take a job at a family law firm. I loved it, and stayed there for 10 years, then went back to school and became a real estate agent, keeping the solid work ethic instilled by my parents.

As a life long surfer, I am passionate about the Central Coast. Here you can still buy eggs and vegetables from the farmer next door yet have the best of both worlds, half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
