Luis Saenz

Welcome! 

My name is Luis Saenz and I am a Central Coast native. After being born and raised in the Central Coast, I went off to obtain my Bachelor’s, and Master’s Degrees from Long Beach State university where I focused my education around data analysis, software engineering and urban planning. Simultaneously I developed a passion for Real Estate and service to my community.

For over 10 years I have been involved with real estate in various facets ranging from remodels and property management to investments and sales/marketing. I leverage my background to guide data driven decisions that benefit my client’s investments and help build their dreams. Using data analysis of the real estate market along with client unique ambitions and situations, I can help make decisions. Questions that will guide the conversation include: Is it a good time to buy? Is it a good time to sell? How much should I offer for a given home? How much is my home worth?

Whether representing the buying or selling party, I pride myself by the value that I provide each one of my clients. I bring good-will, dedication and experience to all client interactions while keeping the client’s best interest at the forefront of my efforts.
