Kellie Ulrich

I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA, where my father owned his own veterinary practice. Growing up around him and my stepmother, hard work was a part of their everyday lives. Seeing their daily drive to put so much time and love into their business really instilled the importance of diligence and perseverance in me.

I moved to San Luis Obispo in 2010 and attended Cuesta College and began working full time. After many years in the coffee industry, I moved on to serving and bartending. Having these types of jobs tremendously helped me build connections and increase my sphere of influence.

I have been an active member of my community for 9 years now, and I’m so excited to be turning that community focus towards real estate. With a passion for service in the San Luis Obispo area, I am ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.

As a proud member of the Century 21 family, I carry the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything I do. When I’m not in the office, I am passionate about soccer, fitness, and art. I am a part of SLOWS, San Luis Obispo Women’s Soccer, and also love to paint, photograph, hike, roller skate, and ride bikes in my spare time.
