Jeanne Helphenstine

Jeanne works and lives where she grew up, right here in San Luis Obispo County. A fourth generation native, who grew up on a small dairy farm. Jeanne has always loved the community where she grew up, so choosing the career of being a realtor was a great way to stay here on the Central Coast.

She became a realtor in 1984 and now has 25 years of experience in real estate and marketing. Jeanne has worked with some of the Central Coast’s premiere custom-home and upscale tract developments. She herself has developed, built and sold a number of custom single family home properties, in addition to having been instrumental in the success of a major golf development property with nearly 400 homesites.

Jeanne has a thorough knowledge of the Central Coast and its great variety of real estate markets, and has many lifelong contacts among the area’s community and business leaders.
