I’m one lucky lady who spent my childhood exploring the hills of west Paso Robles with my cousins, playing tag with the waves in Cambria, attending a small school in Atascadero, driving to my best friend’s house in Adelaide, going shopping in San Luis Obispo, traveling to Arroyo Grande for volleyball games and counting zebras in San Simeon. These cities and little towns that make up the Central Coast of California not only hold a special place in my heart, but shaped who I am.
Before I was born, my grandpa taught Agriculture at Coast Union High School in Cambria, CA. In his spare time, he was a volunteer first responder and helped out wherever and whenever he possibly could. Later in his life, he took his love for that quaint town and for helping people straight to a career in real estate where he became the go-to agent for his friends and neighbors.
Although I never had the privilege of meeting my grandpa, I feel a connection to him in many ways – including my love of real estate and this place we both called home. Throughout the past 20 years, I have owned my own loan signing agency, worked as a project manager for a multi-million dollar tech company and worked with hundreds of top-producing brokers at a real estate firm. I also brought 3 beautiful humans into the world – my biggest achievement.
Using my connections with local appraisers, mortgage brokers, successful architects (I share a bed and 3 kids with one) and talented home stagers – I have my own Mary Poppins bag of resources to put to use for you. Whether you’re thinking about buying a vacation rental in California wine country or gearing up to move your family across town or across the country, let’s get to work!
