Debbi Crossland

I have worked in real estate for over 30 years and consider it the most interesting job I have ever had. It offers so many challenging opportunities to solve problems, learn on a daily basis, troubleshoot all kinds of issues, and help people achieve their goals. I can’t imagine not being a real estate agent! My professional life has helped me develop strong work habits, morals, and ethics so I can help others. My real estate career has allowed me to help many people make their dreams of owning a home here come true.  I would like to know that I left the world a better place, that I made a difference in someone’s life, and that I stood up for what I believed in. My life motto is “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Family has always been at the top of my priority list. I feel that my parents showed me the importance of family and gave me the foundation I needed to become the person I am today.  A collection of support, love, family vacations, family dinners, and their involvement in my life had the greatest effect on me.

My husband and I were lucky enough to relocate to the Central Coast in 1981.  We both have been self employed, living and working in the area we love since then.  We feel fortunate to have been able to raise our two wonderful kids, Molly and Sean, ages 27 and 25, in this incredible location.  We love that we get to live where many people only get to vacation. We are a family of avid water skiers, spending much of our time up at Lake Nacimiento, boating, skiing, and enjoying life outdoors.  We’ve camped at many of the lakes all over California, but it’s always with a smile on our face when we get to come home to our Central Coast lifestyle.
