An award-winning Realtor and former journalist, “Realtybill” Bill Cockshott has been successfully representing real estate buyers and sellers on the California Central Coast more than 20 years. He has been honored by the Pismo Coast Realtors as a Realtor of the Year for dedication to his clients, the community and fellow Realtor professionals. A long-time resident of Arroyo Grande, he is a graduate of Cal Poly University and Arroyo Grande High School (AGHS). He is a proud follower of both the Cal Poly Mustangs and Arroyo Grande Eagles. He is a Melvin Jones Fellow, the highest honor that can be accorded a Lion for service to the community and Lions International. He also is a member of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and a board member of the Jacqualyn Palchak Cancer Fund, and also finds time for golf and enjoying the wonderful Central Coast. He also serves on various Pismo Coast Realtor’ committees. He and his wife, Marilyn, live in rural Arroyo Grande. His first wife, the late Vi Cockshott, was a retired Arroyo Grande High School foreign language teacher. Both of his grown children, Daphne Manos and Dr. Randall Coeshott, are AGHS graduates.
