Andee Allen

I began my customer-focused sales career with AT&T as a National Sales Manager where I learned the value of building long-term relationships based on integrity and respect. I embody high energy, dedication, creative solutions and customer focused results in every real estate transaction. I have been involved in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, business owners and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.

I moved to the Central Coast in 1999 where I have been an active investor – buying and holding as well as rehabbing and selling properties. I currently own properties in four states and consistently coach seasoned and new investors to help them build their long-term dreams. Because I am personally active in the real estate market, I have the relationships, knowledge and experience needed to ensure a smooth transaction.

In my personal life, I am an avid traveler, both domestically and internationally. I love to hike, kayak and enjoy nature.  Some of my most memorable adventures include kayaking with the killer whales in Canada, walking the Great Wall of China, parasailing in Mexico and soon to come – walking the 500 mile Camino del Santiago pilgrimage.

As a dedicated life-long learner, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems as well a Masters of Business Administration. With my background, knowledge and experience, I am driven to provide you an exceptional real estate experience.
