I have worked in real estate for 32 years, and this is, by far, the most interesting job I have ever had. I never have the same day twice. I handle a multitude of issues and real estate-related challenges every single day. They say that variety is the spice of life. My job is so interesting and challenging that it never ceases to amaze me. Along the way, I have earned numerous awards over the years, including three in 2017 for our Corporate relocation department. I also love being the Broker of the #1 Brokerage on the Central Coast. I have been in the real estate industry since I was 17 and have been a Real Estate Broker since 2003. I have been the Corporate Broker of Century 21 Hometown since 2005.
If I was not a real estate broker, I would be a Life Coach. I have participated in so many difficult discussions over the years in my 15+ years of being a broker that I have developed a keen ability to get to the root of an issue in a short amount of time. I also understand the dynamic of straight talk and how effective it can be. I think I would be good in just telling people what they need to hear–not necessarily what they want to hear.
I met my husband/best friend, Chris, in high school ceramics class. We have enjoyed a wonderful and trusting relationship for over 30 years now. Our beautiful daughter, Bella, is just starting high school this year, and she is our pride and joy. She brings a fullness to our life and our home that we just could not imagine living without. I absolutely love to watch her play volleyball and witness her passion on the court.
We have an adorable French bulldog, PorkChop, who we enjoy taking on daily walks around our home in the East Arroyo Grande hills. I also enjoy RV camping, traveling, hiking, sailing, fishing, and tending to my garden. Someday I would like to fish for salmon in Alaska.
