Orcutt

Located on the south side of Santa Maria, Orcutt is a highly desirable area for its small-town charm and family friendly lifestyle. Families will love the well-established Waller Park, which offers generous space for every activity, shade trees, and a large duck pond. Old Orcutt is home to the Orcutt Chalk Festival that features professional street-painting artists working with children to create art on the street. Old Orcutt also has a long-standing tradition of a daytime Christmas parade that draws thousands of people every year.
