Although it is one of the most expensive communities to purchase within San Luis Obispo County, the oceanfront properties are still well below that of its Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara counterparts.

Dining is both casual and easy. Most eating establishments are located on North Ocean Avenue, so you will enjoy an ocean view from any place you choose. Cayucos’ smoked fish tacos are best enjoyed while strolling the nearby dog-friendly beach. While you are in the downtown area, shop boardwalk antique stores and browse artwork at the gallery.
