Lisa Morinini

Raised the daughter of a commercial and medical real estate developer in the San Joaquin Valley and the lower Sierra Nevada foothills, Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of California, Santa Barbara. Lisa began her Real Estate career in 2004 shortly after moving to the Orcutt and Central Coast area. Lisa has worked every aspect of the real estate industry and represented clients in both the residential and commercial market.

Lisa has been a realtor with Century 21 Hometown Realty for 12 years. She is also an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys supporting her children in their many activities while providing support and service throughout the Orcutt and Santa Maria area.
