Jay Conner has 25 years of experience in Central Coast project management, engineering and construction coordination of residential, agricultural and commercial projects, including ten years in Solvang, Buellton and the Santa Ynez Valley. Over the past 42 years, he has represented Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) as its project manager for hundreds of residential projects, as well as major mall expansions, commercial and industrial parks and agricultural facilities. Conner holds a BS in Business Administration and is a US Army Vietnam-era veteran. He brings special expertise and years of experience to residential, commercial, rural, and country estate clients with his understanding of utility design, easements, roads and wells, equine and agricultural structures, complex project coordination and regulatory interfaces. He gets special satisfaction from helping his clients envision property potential for developing unique and complex properties.

A dedicated community volunteer in the past 35 years Conner has held dozens of community leadership positions. Also a committed law enforcement advocate, he is past Grand (national) President, International Footprint Association (IFA); past President, California Central Coast Chapter #73 IFA; Co-Founder, Annual COPS ‘N KIDS Field Day; alumnus of the, Los Angeles Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Citizens Academy’s, The 2013 Recipient of the prestigious FBI Directors Community Leadership Award ( 1 of 53 awards presented nationwide) Past Chairman, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Advisory Foundation, now Board Member Emeritus, Founding Board Member, and Past President of the Santa Maria Police Council.
