I have been a resident of San Luis Obispo county my entire life. I have been working in the construction business for over forty years. I have been a licensed general contractor for twenty seven years and also hold a certification in home inspection.

I have been involved in real estate investment for many years and know the process of both buying and selling real estate extensively.
